Challenge: Need to make a strong impression on New York City fashion media market with event to launch new line of Dr. Martens classic shoe designs.
Strategy: Connect with creative artists and project art gallery space.
Solution: Dr. Martens commissions a small art show at the Frontrunner Gallery for one night to promote shoes and local artists creating a mobile gallery or social media driven gallery space. Photos were printed and shared online interchangeably as champagne and oysters were served, videos projected, and DJs played music.
