Problem: Providing sale professionals with interactive media to sell. Create compelling content that could be customized for a personal narrative driven sales at IBM.
Strategy: Give sales professionals a customized and tailored narrative using a variety of content types. Mixing info graphics, rich media, and video presentable in an app format that showcases the new IBM Matrix System.
Solution: create original video production. A series of six short documentary business-to-business videos which present the Matrix System at work for Bank of America in North Carolina and Xerox Europe in Bulgaria. Video topics covered: case studies, supply chains, consultants, advisors, and top management profiles.
Product: Videos for a sales enablement tool that is web-based or tablet optimized for IBM’s Global Process Services business.
